Terms of Service

Welcome to TotalHome.Solutions Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By enrolling in our Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 Subscription Plans, or our Market Readiness services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Tiers & Scope

Tier 1 (Basic): Monthly maintenance including mowing, seasonal cleanups, and sprinkler blowouts.

Tier 2 (Assurance): Includes Tier 1 plus window cleaning, filter changes, and annual plumbing and roof inspections.

Tier 3 (Peace of Mind): Includes Tiers 1 and 2 plus Snake & Camera drain lines, annual vent cleaning, and the Maintenance Protection Plan.

Labor Fulfillment: Physical labor is fulfilled by authorized affiliates, including [Your Colorado LLC].

2. Automatic Renewal Disclosure

Notice: All subscription plans are billed monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the [Billing Day] of each month.

Term: Subscription continues until cancelled.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your portal or by emailing [Your Email]. Must cancel at least 3 days before billing date.

3. Tier 3 Protection Plan & Rollover

Includes a discretionary repair budget.

Rollover: Unused credits roll over up to $1,000 annually.

Maintenance Reserve: A portion of your fee is held in reserve. Interest earned remains property of the Company.

Exclusions: No coverage for pre-existing issues, foundation problems, or Acts of God.

4. Limit of Liability

Important: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability for any claim, including "Protection Plan" repairs, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the balance of the Customer's specific Rollover account, whichever is less. We are a maintenance service, not an insurance provider.

The Company is not an insurance provider.

5. Authorization to Act

By subscribing, you grant the Company and its authorized affiliates (LLCs/S-Corps) the right to access the exterior and designated interior areas of your property to perform scheduled services. For "Market Readiness" or "Estate" jobs, a separate Authorization to Act form must be signed by the legal representative of the property.

6. Service Delays & Force Majeure

We strive to initiate services within 48 hours of a request. However, the Company is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, labor shortages, or supply chain disruptions.
